One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! Starting from the first moment at the welcoming receptionist desk and to the everyday breakfast with the most amazing and pleasant people who works there! Thank you very much! Rooms: everyday clean, nice size of the bead, good bathroom, D block is super quiet Breakfast: delicious, everyday is something new ( sandwiches or waffles that you can assemble by yourself)

I recently stayed at this hotel for seven nights and had a satisfying experience overall. The rooms were consistently clean and tidy, with daily cleaning services. The staff was notably lovely and friendly, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The hotel's location near Taksim Square and Istiklal Street was very convenient, only one minute from Istiklal Street. I initially booked a no-view standard room but was assigned a not-so-great room. After a night, I requested a room change but had to pay a little extra to upgrade due to limited availability at that level. I really appreciate your effort to accommodate my request. The receptionist also helped us to take a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price and on time. One highlight was the excellent breakfast – fresh and varied daily. Special mention to Sama, the staff member who served during breakfast. Her warmth and friendliness added a delightful touch to the dining experience, making it even more enjoyable. One suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel to provide guide brochures for guests and tourists. These brochures could include valuable information about historical places, commuting options, guidance on using public transportation, and general information about the city and its attractions. This addition would enhance the overall guest experience and serve as a helpful resource for those looking to explore the city and its surroundings more efficiently. The positive aspects, including the attentive staff and prime location, made my stay enjoyable. Thank you!

We arrived very early in the morning and the check in was at 14:00 o’clock be aware of that ( we paid another hotel just to sleep we were exhausted ). This was done through an agency so we had no idea . The rooms were cleaned and nice not to spacious but we got a room with a terrible view if you care about that check first . The location was perfect two minutes from the main Taksim street , but the location had a lot of alcoholic bars nearby and it was not calm , on saturdays there was music till 3 am . The breakfast was okay but we had the same one two days straight not sure if others got it different , also you have to pay for fresh juice, never had to do that with paid breakfast in other hotels . The staff was okay one stood out Ismail he always had a big smile . Overall not a bad hotel!
